Position Summary

The Ladders is in search of a Senior Vice President with extensive expertise in client relations. This pivotal role is essential for shaping the agency's future and ensuring its sustained success. The Senior Vice President will oversee client partnerships, propose strategic initiatives aligned with client objectives, delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance to team members, and allocate resources in accordance with client budgets. Additionally, this role will involve engagement in business development, strategic planning, and the creation of innovative concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic and daily client interactions for various accounts in the beauty and consumer sectors.
  • Establish and nurture strong, consistent relationships with senior clients and internal teams.
  • Design and implement campaigns, messaging, and content tailored to diverse audiences and regions.
  • Oversee and manage the development of content.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration on multiple accounts and skill sets.
  • Coordinate project management for client deliverables and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate closely with agency leadership on operational aspects, including client budget management and staff resource allocation.
  • Guide, mentor, and lead large, cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in and lead new business initiatives.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in financial analysis.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Professional Experience

13+ years of relevant professional experience

Compensation

Salary range: $150,000 - $250,000
