Role Overview: As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals in achieving their personal goals. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing support in a recipient's home or in a community living environment.
  • Teaching essential daily living skills to promote independence.
  • Offering personal care and hygiene assistance as needed.

This position is ideal for those who are passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and are comfortable with personal care tasks. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success.

Work Schedule:
- Flexible 8-hour shifts on weekends
- Live-In weekend support, requiring availability for two weekends each month.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to provide personal care and assistance.
