Overview:

The Safety and Security Specialist is responsible for executing all technical responsibilities related to ensuring a secure and safe environment in alignment with Providence's mission, goals, policies, and standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols and perform safety inspections of the premises and parking facilities.
  • Uphold the values of Providence by fostering a culture of patient-centered care, commitment, and mutual respect.
  • Engage in continuous improvement and support the well-being of our caregivers.

Work Schedule:

This is a per diem position with variable shifts, and hours are determined based on operational needs.


Qualifications:

Required:
Possession of a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required upon request, in accordance with state regulations.

Preferred:
A minimum of two years of experience in hospital security, related security roles, or investigative fields.
