Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a range of maintenance and repair tasks to enhance facilities and equipment. This includes trade practices related to painting, carpentry, and general labor.
  • Perform routine maintenance duties, such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing various appliances and fixtures.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify maintenance requirements and address them in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to schedule maintenance activities and prioritize tasks effectively.
Essential Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in relevant maintenance duties and the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Proficient in the use of standard hand and power tools, as well as measuring devices pertinent to the painting and carpentry trades.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures related to maintenance tasks.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
