PART-TIME CULINARY SPECIALIST | GANA-A'YOO SERVICES CORPORATION

POSITION SUMMARY

Gana-A'Yoo Services Corporation is currently seeking a part-time Culinary Specialist. This role requires no prior experience as training will be provided. The compensation for this position is $20.85 per hour, and we offer a range of benefits including paid time off, holidays, sick leave, as well as medical and retirement plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare nutritious and innovative meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring high standards of quality.
  • Cook in large volumes using various techniques for meats, poultry, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients, including making gravies, soups, sauces, and casseroles.
  • Maintain organization and rotation of food items in storage areas such as pantries, coolers, and freezers.
  • Assist with the receipt and organization of weekly food deliveries.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
  • Strong time management abilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
