Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Tellus Power North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and account management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our DC Fast chargers
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target customer bases, including EV manufacturers, fleet operators, property developers, utilities, and government agencies
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective customers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral materials to showcase the value proposition of our EV chargers
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business development efforts

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in account management and business development
  • Must possess a robust working knowledge about DC fast chargers, including hardware and technical specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Self-starter with ability to self-direct new initiatives
  • Strong working knowledge of the EV industry and the DCFC fast charging market specifically
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
