Job Description

Ampronix, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with medical facilities, hospitals, and key decision-makers in selected accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to incoming inquiries and leads generated by marketing efforts.
  2. Cultivate and generate new business, including outbound and inbound sales opportunities and customer needs.
  3. Communicate our value proposition by thoroughly understanding Ampronix offerings, business values, and customer outcomes.
  4. Engage with prospects and customers to promote Ampronix and its mission using practical sales skills, mainly via phone, email, and video conferencing in compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
  5. Attend internal sales meetings, conference calls, and ongoing training sessions.
  6. Follow established sales operating procedures and best practices, ensuring activities comply with laws, regulations, and Ampronix compliance policies.
  7. Establish positive, productive relationships with customer accounts, including end-users, service providers, and purchasers.
  8. Maintain accuracy in the CRM database via updates to sales opportunities, stages, and marketing statuses and utilizing the contact management system.
  9. Build expertise on all product-related matters, including understanding their applications and pain points.
  10. Focus on collaboration and teamwork to deliver favorable results to customers, patients, and Ampronix.
  11. Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

One to five years of relevant work experience in business development, lead nurturing, marketing, etc.

Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with the proactive ability to work with minimum direction.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

A passion for technology sales and learning about the application of technology to solve business problems.

Always striving to exceed quota - not settling for average.

Ability to learn, reason, and adapt quickly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work effectively with remote teams and maintain a persistent virtual connection presence.
