Account Executive - Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Blue Bridge Financial, Inc. in Irvine, CA. As a key member of our Direct Lending Division, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving origination through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead identification and qualification.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce, our CRM, to track calls, update notes, and manage customer relationships.
  • Educate customers about our finance products and eligibility requirements, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain a customer database through sales, loan extension, and merchant referrals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of finance options and requirements, and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business management preferred, but not required.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual with excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills and CRM sales software (Salesforce) experience a plus.
  • Experience in Equipment Finance or Working Capital a plus.
