Business Development Representative

Invitro Capital is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive the success of startups in the SMB sector. Our portfolio spans HealthTech, FinTech, AdTech, and HR, reflecting our commitment to enhancing the SMB landscape with innovative AI solutions. You will focus on increasing customer acquisition, boosting revenue, and identifying new opportunities. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and executive teams, you'll play a key role in accelerating growth and setting new industry standards in a dynamic environment.

This is an onsite position, with a minimum requirement of three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek out new business opportunities by visiting potential clients on-site and presenting InVitro Capital's services.
- Conduct sales calls directly to businesses, establishing initial contact and building rapport with key decision-makers.
- Qualify potential clients through direct engagement, identifying their needs and aligning them with our solutions to generate high-quality leads.
- Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to meeting setup, ensuring a smooth handoff to the account management team.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and business development activities in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-up.
- Provide insights and feedback from the field to inform marketing and business development strategies, ensuring alignment with market demands.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates and early-career professionals with 0-3 years of experience eager to start their careers in business development.
- Excited to utilize the latest AI tools to enhance sales approaches, motivated by goals, and ready to exceed them.
- Open to cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and face-to-face interactions, viewing every challenge as an opportunity.
- A self-starter who can manage time effectively and recover quickly from setbacks, demonstrating enthusiasm and drive.
- Brings a fresh perspective and vibrant energy to the team, eager to learn, adapt, and innovate in sales strategies.
