Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in building our business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. You'll be responsible for researching and targeting organizations in need of staffing services, making initial connections through networking and cold calls, and ultimately becoming a valuable business consultant and building long-term relationships with your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on staffing solutions to clients.
- Work closely with our recruiting team to find the perfect candidates to fill each role.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
- Passion for the staffing industry and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary ranging from $35,600- $64,000 annually, dependent on office location.
- A $5,000 signing bonus in LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plan).
- Uncapped commission paid weekly.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, company-paid life insurance, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
