Sales and Business Development Director

Job Opportunity:
Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Director. This role involves driving business development and relationship management across various client types, including independent advisors, pension funds, and other client segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and AUM within a designated territory.
- Present Dimensional's investment capabilities and performance to clients, at company conferences, and industry functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the client service team to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, investment theory, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Strong foundational knowledge of investments, capital markets, and asset allocation theory.
- Excellent business development skills and a client-centric approach.
- Ability to articulate Dimensional's investment philosophy and its place in the market.
- Self-starter with a track record of building relationships and growing a territory.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity, and confident communication skills.

License Requirements:
SIE (Securities Industry Essentials), Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses are required. SIE and Series 7 must be obtained within the first 12 weeks of hire as a condition of employment.
