About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Strategic Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and growing key partnerships across multiple verticals and products globally. Your primary objective will be to optimize our business development strategy and deal execution, ultimately driving revenue growth and market share for Roamly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution and onboarding of new partners
  • Develop and implement innovative partnership strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on partnership progress and performance
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B business development, preferably in the insurance or software industry
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent deal negotiation, problem-solving, and commercial structuring skills
  • First-class communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at C-level
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative partnership strategies
