Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy for the Customer Workflows business, including Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, and Sales and Order Management.
  • Lead a high-performing team of product marketers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Partner with the General Manager and heads of Customer and Industry Workflows sales to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Define personas and messaging, and create compelling sales and campaign content that resonates with key buyers.
  • Support the sales team with assets and enablement to help them mature and close pipeline.
  • Collaborate with technical product marketers and product managers to develop demo narratives and launch new products, features, and capabilities.
  • Establish thought leadership and drive media coverage to position ServiceNow as the best platform for customer experience and customer service.
  • Represent the Customer Workflows business as a key evangelist at industry events and with the press.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in CRM.
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of product marketing, product management, or general marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to inspire and coach high-performance teams.
  • Strong storytelling skills and history of creating positioning and messaging that supports rapidly growing product lines.
  • Results-driven, with a balance of analytical and creative skills.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to lead from 1,000 feet and execute at 10 feet.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and work across functions within and outside of Marketing.
  • Up to 25% travel to support sales efforts and industry events, as global health situations permit.
