Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Value Messaging: Create compelling value messaging and marketing collateral to accelerate service business growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical expertise in semiconductor unit process and basic product development best practices to drive technical trends into useful information for presentation at technical review workshops and executive reviews.
  • Industry Knowledge: Apply your broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across business unit, department, or sub-functions.
  • Leadership: Lead through subordinate managers of managers, executing segment/functional business plans and contributing to the development of segment/functional strategy.
  • Problem Solving: Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Years of Experience: 15+ Years
  • Marketing Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in factory automation software (such as MES, YMS or FDC).
  • Technical Expertise: Must be a technical expert with broad experience in semiconductor unit process and basic product development best practices.
Additional Information

This is a full-time position that requires extensive contact with sales, business development, and the field. The selected candidate will be based in the United States and will be required to travel up to 25% of the time. The salary range for this position is $184,000.00 - $253,000.00 per year, and may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
