Position Overview

As a Facility Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our entertainment venue. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high operational standards and enhancing guest experiences.

  • Support Leadership: Collaborate with department heads to achieve operational and financial objectives.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities across the facility, ensuring compliance with all service and operational benchmarks.
  • Profitability Enhancement: Work alongside the leadership team to devise and implement strategic action plans aimed at boosting profitability.
  • Team Standards: Uphold uniform standards and a professional demeanor among all team members.
  • Guest Engagement: Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to both guests and team members.
  • Productivity Improvement: Engage daily with department heads to identify and implement productivity enhancements.
  • Hands-On Guidance: Occasionally provide direct support and guidance to hourly team members.
  • Scheduling Assistance: Aid department managers in refining schedules prior to publication.
  • Pre-Opening Checks: Ensure all pre-opening procedures are completed, confirming that equipment is operational and the venue is ready for guests.
  • Property Maintenance: Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain the facility in excellent condition at all times.
  • Team Member Reviews: Assist in the timely completion of team member performance evaluations.
  • Retention Promotion: Actively promote the retention of quality team members by embodying our core values.
  • System Proficiency: Strive to become adept in all operational systems and processes.
  • Leadership Development: Mentor team members to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
  • Cost Control: With management approval, implement effective cost management strategies across departments.
  • Communication: Ensure all directives and promotions are clearly communicated to frontline team members.
  • Compliance: Verify that all necessary permits are current and compliant with local regulations.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods with frequent bending and turning.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to endure extreme temperature variations.
  • Flexibility in scheduling as required.
Standard Company Expectations:
  • TABC certification is mandatory.
  • Food Service Manager certification is required.
  • Exceed standard expectations while upholding the company’s mission and values.
  • Exhibit courtesy and accountability in all interactions.
  • Respond to guest requests with professionalism and care.
  • Monitor product consistency for all guests.
  • Work collaboratively and honestly with team members and management.
