Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and administrative functions to ensure adherence to contract stipulations.
  • Develop and execute cost management strategies and service level standards to meet customer specifications.
  • Supervise inspections, quality assurance measures, and inventory management of equipment and supplies.

Essential Duties:

  • Coordinate service operations for the designated facility.
  • Ensure that services are delivered as per contract agreements while maintaining intended profit margins.
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and personnel to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Engage with clients regularly to gather feedback on services and address specific needs.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Administer the company’s quality control and safety programs within the assigned facilities.
  • Conduct service quality inspections at the designated locations.
  • Participate in ABM training sessions as scheduled.
  • Formulate operational enhancement plans and implement process improvements.
  • Explore opportunities to increase revenue by encouraging Supervisors to identify additional service offerings for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including employee terminations and operational reports, and submit them promptly.
  • Analyze and manage both financial and operational performance proactively.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission to payroll personnel, addressing discrepancies as needed.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Supervisors and team members within the facility.
  • Oversee the overall management, coordination, and evaluation of personnel in the assigned facility, adhering to company policies and legal standards.
  • Responsibilities include directing tasks, evaluating performance, recognizing and addressing employee issues, and managing disciplinary actions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage protocols.
  • Ability to compose reports and business correspondence effectively, and present information clearly to management and clients.
  • Working knowledge of cleaning practices, floor maintenance, and recycling procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
