We are in search of an Operations Facility Supervisor to lead the development of maintenance protocols, utility management, equipment oversight, and operational processes to facilitate the company's swift expansion. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations Engineering and requires a candidate with exceptional leadership, execution, and persuasive skills, along with pertinent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and uphold processes for building, utility, and facility support to align with production goals
  • Oversee current building and utility resources
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of maintenance and service agreements
  • Monitor performance indicators for utility and facility operations
  • Manage the facility budget and financial forecasts
  • Direct the design and execution of facility layouts for new manufacturing sites
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure timely product delivery and risk management
  • Implement security protocols and emergency preparedness plans
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards
  • Administer support contracts with vendors and service providers

Qualifications:

  • Experience in performance evaluation and management
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Experience in startup environments is advantageous
  • Must demonstrate curiosity, professionalism, and strong problem-solving abilities
