Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive facility-related initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Design and enhance facility processes, providing training to studio management for consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee the timely repair and replacement of equipment to ensure optimal functionality and member satisfaction.
  • Manage specific aspects of studio merchandise to align with brand standards.
  • Supervise subcontractors and project status during studio openings and relocations.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in facility management and maintenance, along with relevant certifications (PMP, CFM, OSHA).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of major mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) with the ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues.
  • Familiarity with energy management systems and basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing concepts.
  • Proficient in project coordination, scheduling, and evaluating vendor bids and invoices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in developing training programs and implementing process improvements.
  • Adaptable and capable of independent problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player, skilled in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
