The Role:
The Facilities Operations Supervisor is a pivotal leadership position that demands exceptional customer service skills to foster strong relationships with your team, residents, and service providers. You will play a crucial role in overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring the communities we serve are well-maintained and thriving.

Your Responsibilities:
As a hands-on leader, you will:
1. Supervise a dedicated team while conducting building and annual unit inspections to adhere to local regulations.
2. Collaborate effectively with the General Manager to establish expectations and achieve deadlines.
3. Develop and implement a preventative maintenance strategy to reduce emergency repairs and service interruptions.
4. Manage budget considerations when procuring supplies and scheduling vendor services, utilizing purchase order systems and proper bidding protocols under the General Manager's guidance.
5. Serve as a subject matter expert in property maintenance, providing mentorship and training to enhance the skills of on-site service teams.
6. Remain adaptable as daily tasks may shift based on community needs.

Your Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
- EPA Certification Type I and II.
