As the Facilities Operations Supervisor at Orangetheory - Franchise #0320, you will embody a commitment to exceptional customer service, creativity, and professionalism. Your expertise in property and facilities management is essential to our success.

This role encompasses three primary focus areas: Asset Management, Construction Oversight, and Facilities Maintenance Support. Your efforts will ensure that all locations deliver an outstanding member experience with minimal interruptions due to facility or equipment challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively mentor and guide facility needs remotely, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain effective communication with executive management and club operations personnel to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key vendors, securing high-quality services for maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate with landlords to manage and expedite major repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Implement rigorous quality assurance standards across all facilities, ensuring a superior environment for members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive facility-related initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
  • Design and improve facility processes, effectively training studio management to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee the timely repair and replacement of equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and member satisfaction.
  • Manage subcontractors and project status during studio openings, relocations, and closures.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3-4 years of experience in facility management and maintenance, along with relevant certifications (PMP, CFM, OSHA).
  • In-depth knowledge of major mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and the ability to diagnose maintenance issues.
  • Familiarity with energy management systems and architectural drawings.
  • Skilled in project coordination and evaluating vendor bids and invoices.
  • Proficient in budget interpretation and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service and cleanliness standards.
  • Experience in developing training programs and implementing process improvements.
  • Adaptable and responsive, capable of independent problem-solving.
  • Collaborative team player, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
