Overview

As the Facilities Operations Supervisor, you will take charge of executing the maintenance strategy for a key client's campus. This role encompasses overseeing the maintenance crew, crafting and executing maintenance initiatives, and collaborating with our client to ensure that all facility systems are operating at peak efficiency. You will also be tasked with monitoring essential performance metrics (KPIs) and guaranteeing that performance objectives are achieved. Responsibilities

+ Manage the upkeep and repair of facility systems, including mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and CMMS.

+ Engage actively in business development prospects, such as pricing, presentations, and potential client interactions.

+ Design and execute maintenance strategies, encompassing preventive, proactive, and corrective maintenance.

+ Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), work order status, and project completions.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement account strategies and plans to introduce new services.

+ Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and suppliers.

+ Work alongside stakeholders to ensure that facilities meet operational needs and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

+ Evaluate existing maintenance strategies for facilities, including preventive maintenance plans and repair schedules, and provide guidance for implementing best practices.

+ Mentor and support team members to ensure successful operational delivery.

+ Schedule a mandatory weekly meeting with direct reports to discuss current and future operations.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or over 10 years of operational experience in facilities management and maintenance within industrial, commercial, or mission-critical environments.

+ Strong technical expertise in facilities systems.

+ Proven experience in developing and executing maintenance programs, including KPIs for preventive, proactive, and corrective maintenance, tracking MTTR and MTBF, and assessing performance against established targets.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

+ Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams of various sizes and providing coaching and mentorship to both new and existing team members.

+ Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal oversight.
