Position: Sales Associate, Partner Relations

Overview

Role Responsibilities:

The Sales Associate, Partner Relations plays a crucial role in managing and supporting B2B partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating all aspects of Partner Support and Management, including the onboarding of new merchants as necessary.
  • Staying informed about EVO's offerings, services, and operational procedures by participating in training sessions as directed by management.
  • Overseeing assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks on essential CRM data within internal systems.
  • Documenting and tracking activities and exceptions using SalesForce.
  • Supporting the Account Manager with various tasks and projects.
  • Engaging in outbound and inbound communications with ISVs and POS resellers to assist in the Beta testing phase.
  • Addressing Partner notifications, setup challenges, and product or service inquiries for partners and their merchants.
  • Documenting and relaying unresolved issues to management and the relevant Account Manager.
  • Identifying and escalating challenges that hinder effective partner relations within established service levels.
  • Updating the team on changes to paperwork, agreements, forms, and services to ensure current knowledge is maintained.
  • Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned by management, which may extend beyond the typical responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator role.
  • Collaborating with other internal teams to ensure successful project and issue resolution.
  • Adapting to schedule changes that may require earlier or later work hours based on workload demands.
  • Demonstrating the ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in channel or merchant services is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of CRM systems, particularly SalesForce.
  • A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A critical emphasis on accuracy and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • The capability to work independently while fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
