About the Role:
The Merchant Sales Leader is a critical position within Bank of America, responsible for driving sales growth and deepening relationships with key clients in the Business Banking and Middle Market space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Lead regional pipeline management and reviews to drive sales success and achieve Net New Client Growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of direct core acquiring and/or merchant background, preferably within the Business Banking or Middle Market Space.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales/portfolio management experience, including C Suite Level Sales.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of direct team management background in a sales and/or service environment.
- POS (integrated/standalone) payment interfaces or related 3rd party gateways knowledge.
