Position Title: Kitchen Associate at Enmarket

The Kitchen Associate at Enmarket is dedicated to enhancing the company's culinary and beverage offerings. This role is vital in assisting the management team to meet operational, sales, and profitability objectives.

As a Kitchen Associate, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and proper inventory of the food service areas. You will also deliver prompt and exceptional customer service by preparing meals, assisting patrons, and creating a welcoming shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet customers and provide exemplary service.
  • Accurately prepare food orders while upholding high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
  • Maintain well-stocked food service areas throughout your shift.
  • Assist with inventory management and communicate supply needs to the management team.
  • Diligently follow safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Complete all assigned tasks accurately and punctually.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit teamwork and collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Be adaptable to take on additional responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a customer-focused and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic mathematical functions.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate harmoniously with others.

Reports to: The General Manager/Kitchen Manager and Assistant General Manager
