Polysomnography Specialist PRN

As a Polysomnography Specialist at East Georgia Regional Medical Center, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients. Qualifications:
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in sleep medicine.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in conducting polysomnographic recordings and in the analysis and scoring of these recordings.
- Current BLS certification is required.
- RPSGT (BRPT) certification is mandatory.
- Experience with Polysmith is a plus.
- A Polysomnography Specialist operates under the general oversight of the clinical director (M.D., D.O., or PhD) or their designee to provide thorough evaluation and management of sleep disorders.
- This role may encompass polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services, as well as patient care and education.
- A Polysomnography Specialist may also fulfill the responsibilities of a Polysomnographic Technician and oversee other personnel.
