About the Role
CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Executive Office Coordinator to join their team in San Diego, CA. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $23-$28 per hour, depending on experience.

In this dynamic role, you will provide administrative support to the Vice-President, Senior RPM, and Regional Managers, assisting with various projects, presentations, and general office duties. You will be responsible for creating and tracking documents, databases, spreadsheets, and specialized reports, as well as maintaining physical and electronic filing systems.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment, with strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You will also have excellent communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
