Join Our Mission
Become part of a collaborative community that prioritizes innovation, personal accountability, and the strength of grassroots solutions. Together, we aim to cultivate a society that promotes opportunity, dignity, and well-being for everyone.

Position Overview
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to assist two directors overseeing our catalyst (nonprofit partner organizations) and place-based initiatives at the Stand Together Foundation. As a key member of the Stand Together philanthropic network, the Foundation is focused on breaking the cycle of poverty by supporting innovative individuals and organizations that drive entrepreneurship in communities across the nation.

Your Role
In this capacity, you will take pride in being a trusted business partner who comprehends your leaders' operational landscape. As a strategic thinker, you will align task management with organizational goals while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, urgency, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of priorities to effectively manage the leaders' schedules. Navigate a high volume of inquiries and requests while resolving conflicts for your team. Make informed decisions regarding time allocation based on strategic priorities to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes and notes, and manage audio/visual requirements and action items.
- Administrative Support: Handle invoice processing, reconcile receipts and expense reports for the leaders, and arrange travel, itineraries, and logistics. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and innovate administrative processes. Collaborate with fellow Executive Assistants to understand prioritization and make informed trade-offs.
- Continuous Improvement: Explore and adopt new tools and techniques to elevate the level of support and partnership provided by the administrative team. Contribute to team and organizational projects and operational enhancements as needed.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and the capacity to think ahead, solve problems, engage proactively, and take initiative.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback respectfully.
- A clear understanding of and enthusiasm for Stand Together's mission.
- Strategic thinking regarding the allocation of the principal's time as a resource.
- High level of confidentiality, sound judgment, and the ability to improvise and creatively problem-solve while maintaining composure.
- Proficient in articulate and concise oral and written communication.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook (including advanced skills with Outlook's calendar function), and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with expense reporting software, such as Concur, and Salesforce is a plus.

What We Offer
- A meaningful career where your contributions will positively impact the lives of millions of Americans, particularly the most disadvantaged.
- A vision-driven community of over 1,000 employees nationwide dedicated to enhancing the lives of others.
- Competitive salaries and bonuses aligned with the value you create, rather than a standardized model.
- Generous 401K matching - 6% match with immediate vesting.
- Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
- Flexible time-off policy allowing employees to take leave as needed.
- Business expense purchasing credit card.
- Mileage reimbursement for business travel, separate from commuting.
- Commuter assistance plans to alleviate commuting costs.
- Opportunities for professional development and mentorship to enhance your effectiveness through Principle Based Management and other industry-specific programs.

Our Commitment
Stand Together empowers social entrepreneurs to amplify their efforts in helping individuals improve their lives. We connect them with passionate partners and the resources necessary to make a greater impact. Through our philanthropic community, we address some of the nation's most pressing challenges, ensuring that every person has the opportunity to realize their extraordinary potential.

Our Values
Working at Stand Together is distinct from many other organizations. We are committed to a culture rooted in a business philosophy known as Principle Based Management (PBM). Informed by principles that enable a free and open society to thrive, PBM equips individuals to innovate, improve, and transform while nurturing a healthy, growing organization that creates long-term value for clients and supporters and fulfillment for employees.
