Pionear LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team

About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this position will have in-depth knowledge of payroll, onboarding, benefits, and HR policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with our Recruiters to assist with the placement of candidates and will support the weekly onboarding of contractors for multiple clients across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with our team to assist with processing onboarding employees on a weekly basis.
  • Utilize our internal systems to create and maintain employee personnel files and payroll records.
  • Support the National Accounts team through the creation and analysis of payroll, activity, and onboarding reports on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
  • Prepare and manage various payroll and administrative reports in Microsoft Excel.
  • Process unemployment claims, employment verifications, and garnishments.
  • Assist in W2 requests, distribution, and other year-end wage and tax reporting projects.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all benefits, payroll, and HR-related questions.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment at all times.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of prior Human Resources or payroll processing experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard Microsoft Applications.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel required.
  • Vast knowledge of onboarding compliance processes.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Expert-level written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
