The HR Training Coordinator plays a vital role in orchestrating and overseeing a comprehensive training program across the site. This includes the administration, assessment, delivery, and monitoring of employee credentials and qualification statuses, while also supporting the HR function through training, onboarding, total rewards, and compliance initiatives. The role demands strong teamwork skills, unwavering integrity, and the experience, confidence, and presence to effectively manage and deliver HR and production training materials.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate training sessions for newly hired, temporary, and existing employees. Create a positive learning atmosphere and address the individual needs of trainees. Provide support and clear expectations to new hires. Monitor new hires' progress towards expected training levels. Ensure compliance with all policies and expectations, including PPE usage. Utilize feedback from team members, leaders, and supervisors to make regular recommendations regarding training needs. Update, define, and maintain training materials as required. Maintain the Cross-Functional Training Matrix for operations, including necessary documentation. Work with Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Team Members to identify training needs based on changes in procedures and regulations. Support the Charlotte Job Based Pay structure by establishing a cross-functional team and conducting annual evaluations of positions as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions for all roles. Coordinate and manage job qualification and certification programs for all levels of the plant's hourly workforce. Assist the HR function in recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance. Process payroll changes, reimbursements, and internal payroll deductions. Perform other tasks as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:
