Job Summary:

As an HR Manager at Compass Group, you will be instrumental in managing various human resource functions to align with our strategic goals. Your role will encompass overseeing HR data management, facilitating onboarding processes, and supporting initiatives aimed at employee retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR data collection and processing for new business ventures and acquisitions.
  • Develop onboarding materials and conduct follow-up sessions with new employees.
  • Coordinate job fairs and manage onboarding programs across divisions.
  • Gather data on diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Foster the development of future leaders through training initiatives and support retention strategies.
  • Handle I9 reporting and special projects as required.
  • Travel may be necessary for business purposes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Experience in a multi-unit organization is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and policies.
  • Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
