Job Overview

Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Project Analyst to contribute to our Human Resources department. The HR Project Analyst will be instrumental in facilitating HR projects through effective project management, data evaluation, and process enhancement. The ideal candidate will possess a solid HR background, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee and guide HR projects from start to finish, encompassing planning, execution, and oversight. Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to scope and budget constraints.
  • Data Evaluation: Gather, assess, and interpret HR-related data to aid in decision-making and project formulation. Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to relay insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Operational Enhancement: Recognize areas for improvement within HR processes. Formulate and implement strategies aimed at boosting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with HR teams, departmental leaders, and external partners to ensure project objectives and deliverables are aligned.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and evaluations post-project.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that HR projects adhere to applicable regulations and organizational policies. Identify and address potential project risks.
  • Training and Guidance: Offer training and support to HR personnel and end-users regarding new systems or processes introduced through projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years in HR or project management positions. Familiarity with HRIS systems, data analysis tools, and project management software is highly preferred.
  • Essential Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS software.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
