Back Office Coordinator

Greenkraft Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Back Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage back office tasks, and assist with accounting and invoicing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. They will also be proficient in searching the internet for information and composing emails. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college or a bachelor's degree being an asset. Bilingual candidates are welcome, but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Manage back office tasks and filing systems
- Assist with accounting and invoicing
- Operate office equipment such as copiers and printers
- Compose emails and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Requirements:

Compensation:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year
