Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Innovative The Collier at Naples. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist residents, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and directing visitors to the appropriate staff member.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the activities director, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front desk and surrounding areas.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in office administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
