The State of Florida is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant II to serve as the Human Resource liaison between Detention Facility and South Regional Human Resource on all matters within the Human Resource program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resource team, including maintaining accurate records and files.
- Coordinate with Detention Facility and South Regional Human Resource to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
