Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Real Estate Developer and Property Manager, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external parties, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring seamless access to information.
- Travel: Accompany our Real Estate Developer and Property Manager on business trips, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as staging ultra-high-end residential units, and provide support for real estate-related tasks.
- Team Support: Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives, providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
