Job Summary

1872 Consulting is seeking a skilled IT Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As an IT Technical Support Analyst, you will provide dynamic support to our professional staff in Dallas, working on a small team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-office support to our staff, assessing user issues and using intermediate trouble-shooting methodology to resolve problems.
• Work with a variety of technologies, including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix, VPN connectivity, and Avaya phone support.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and document new findings and solutions.
• Participate in on-call and overtime on an as needed basis, and be willing to work some OT with hours typically from 8am-6pm.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with IT Support in professional or corporate environments.
• Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft Office, as well as Citrix or VPN support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
