Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Navtech. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers through various channels
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues and problems
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software to provide effective support

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Entry-level experience in IT support or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology and service management tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

This is a remote role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
