Job Title: Technical Systems Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Systems Support Specialist to join our team at Guidepost Solutions LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration, technical support, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain user accounts, roles, tasks, and objects to ensure system security and data integrity.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to users, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with system partners to resolve issues.
  • Support the Director with new projects, implementations, upgrades, configurations, and testing in a production environment.
  • Train users and develop training materials to ensure effective system usage.
  • Collaborate with the company's generative AI working group and assist in reviews of proposed uses of generative AI tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in System Administration with a minimum of three years' experience.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience working with Smartsheet, Power BI, Office 365, MS Dynamics 365, and Business Central.
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
