Technical Support Specialist - Microsoft Enterprise
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to Microsoft enterprise level customers. Your primary focus will be on resolving issues related to O365, including Exchange, MS Teams, Outlook, and DNS issues.
This is a remote opportunity that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be working closely with IT Admins, Techs, and Managers at our customers to resolve complex technical issues. Your ability to research and troubleshoot problems is crucial to this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technical or customer support, with a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including O365 and Active Directory. You will also have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is a 6-9 month contract opportunity, and you will be required to work any shift between 7am and 7pm MST, including weekends. You must be available to work a flexible schedule and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Microsoft enterprise level customers via phone
- Resolving issues related to O365, including Exchange, MS Teams, Outlook, and DNS issues
- Communicate effectively with IT Admins, Techs, and Managers at our customers
- Research and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Work closely with our customers to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in technical or customer support
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including O365 and Active Directory
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a 6-9 month contract opportunity, and you will have the chance to work with a dynamic team at TEKsystems. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of technical projects and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
