Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Prospecting: Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and qualify leads within the target market.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings with qualified prospects for our Outside Sales Executives.
  • Value Communication: Clearly articulate the benefits of our services to prospective clients.

Marketing Initiatives:
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost inside sales.
  • Leverage effective email campaigns and engaging text messaging to enhance online visibility.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content and optimize communication channels.
  • Analyze performance data to refine campaigns for improved engagement and conversion rates.

Product Expertise:
Acquire a thorough understanding of our facility services to effectively convey advantages to potential clients.

Sales Management:
  • Maintain precise records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of calls and leads.

Sales Support Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with the Outside Sales team to ensure seamless transitions of appointments and information.
  • Provide necessary pre-appointment materials to Sales Executives.

Performance Goals:
Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly appointment-setting objectives.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of proven experience in outbound cold calling sales, appointment setting, or lead generation, particularly in B2B sales. Experience in facility services or related industries is a plus.

  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls while ensuring quality interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.

  • Stable work history.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
