Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer needs and identify cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth
  • Prepare and follow up on customer conversations to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Process customer documents and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Manage market-side credit transactions and their technical processing to meet business objectives
  • Request economic documents and conduct preliminary reviews of borrowers' and collateral providers' economic situations
  • Draft meaningful credit decisions, considering the bank's risk-bearing capacity
  • Monitor deadlines, ensure compliance with conditions, and support advisors in ongoing business operations
  • Enter and maintain system-relevant data to support sales and business operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking or a related field, with additional qualifications (e.g. bank specialist) preferred
  • Proven experience in credit business for private and corporate customers in the medium-sized sector, with a strong understanding of business relationships
  • Confident knowledge of annual statement analysis and evaluation, creditworthiness and liquidity analysis, collateral processing, and risk in credit business
