Sales Director

At Alopex Powered by ShiFox, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to drive revenue growth and develop long-term partnerships with key local and national accounts. This role focuses on executing comprehensive sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and contributing to business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within a designated territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of new clients.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, renewals, and pricing agreements.
- Manage sales pipeline, document customer interactions, and ensure data integrity within CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership experience, with a focus on building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
