Job Title: Director of Inside Sales - Payments
Our client, a leading provider of payment solutions and support, is seeking a Director of Inside Sales to join their sales leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and managing a sales staff. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and build strong relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and monitor sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success for all sales campaigns
- Provide daily reporting on inside sales performance and market dynamics
- Strategically cultivate new accounts and seek opportunities to expand business
- Continuously refine and optimize the sales process to enhance productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
