Job Overview

LegalMatch is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a strong understanding of sales operations.

  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor sales team members

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales environment or extensive outside sales management experience
  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor sales team members
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good administrative skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
