Director of Consumer Sales and Revenue Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Consumer Sales and Revenue Growth to join our team at Speedway Motorsports. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance across our network of speedways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
- Lead a team of ticket sales professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients and group sales teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ticket sales and revenue growth, preferably in a senior leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
