We are currently seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding team. Ideal candidates will possess a vibrant personality and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary liaison for our customers, managing communications and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your role will involve:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with a focus on proactive engagement
  • Logging and managing calls from customers and team members in our secure internal system
  • Providing tailored customer support and education to address inquiries and maintain appointment schedules
  • Coordinating appointments for both new and recurring pest management services
  • Scheduling home inspections for existing customers in collaboration with sales professionals
  • Monitoring technician schedules to ensure timely service delivery
  • Conducting routine system clean-ups and updates
  • Escalating issues to management as necessary
  • Completing required training sessions in our operational systems

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

This position primarily involves working at a desk in a climate-controlled office environment. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities. Key physical demands include:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
  • Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision requirements, including close and distance vision

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be available to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and holidays

Additional preference will be given to candidates who:

  • Are bilingual
  • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience, particularly in phone and digital communication
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Can type at least 60 words per minute
