Our Eden Prairie, MN office presents an exciting opportunity for a Client Relations Specialist. This role focuses on onboarding and supporting our high-net-worth clientele. We seek an individual who embodies professionalism and possesses the knowledge necessary to strengthen our relationships with clients who have intricate service and investment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Reception and Office Management:
  • Welcome clients and maintain a tidy, inviting office environment.
  • Coordinate meetings with product vendors and sponsors.
  • Oversee mail management and ensure timely delivery of correspondence.
  • Order marketing materials and manage office supplies.
New Client Onboarding:
  • Ensure accurate completion of new client documentation and account setup.
  • Follow up on fund transfers from previous institutions.
  • Maintain the client relationship management (CRM) database and client files.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues with brokers, operations, and vendors.
  • Record incoming assets accurately.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Prepare account transactions, including trades, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Communicate effectively to understand client needs and facilitate resolutions.
  • Assist with processing claims and other client requests.
Industry Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate understanding of financial products and compliance guidelines.
  • Stay informed about financial terminology and investment options.
  • Participate in educational events and vendor presentations.
Team Support:
  • Assist the advisor team in streamlining operational processes.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing service delivery.
  • Communicate updates and changes to the team.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred 4-year college degree.
  • 0-3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and training.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn about financial concepts and products.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
