Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and motivated individual to become a vital member of our Wealth Management division as a Client Service Associate. The Client Service Associate (CSA) plays an essential role within the Boulay Wealth Management team, focusing on delivering exceptional client support and service. This position involves overseeing the setup and management of new accounts, ensuring ongoing account maintenance, and facilitating cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage all facets of client account initiation and upkeep.
  • Engage directly with custodians to address and resolve client account concerns.
  • Leverage CRM systems for daily operations, tracking client information, and documenting updates on assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on account inquiries, service requests, and client communications.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Complete additional responsibilities, tasks, or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology and software.
  • Adaptable to evolving circumstances and client requirements.
