The primary responsibility of this role is to assist clients through various communication channels with any service-related issues they may encounter. The Client Support Specialist (CSS) will engage with multiple departments and colleagues from different locations. The CSS plays a crucial role in shaping the client's experience with the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist clients with quotes, orders, delivery, troubleshooting issues, and any other general inquiries.
  2. Maintain a professional demeanor and foster positive relationships with every client.
  3. Input quotes and orders into the system promptly and accurately.
  4. Calculate and enter modifications as necessary to orders.
  5. Request quotes and orders from suppliers as needed.
  6. Organize orders, bills of lading, and other documentation efficiently.
  7. Process returns, warranties, and related documentation in line with company policy.
  8. Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration across departments.
  9. Provide assistance to both internal and external clients with a proactive attitude.
  10. Exemplify and uphold Midland Values: Service, Quality, and Integrity.
Additional Duties:
  1. Assist in production areas as required.
