Position Summary:
The role of the Client Engagement Specialist is to support the Studio Manager in driving new membership sales by attracting potential members to the studio and scheduling introductory sessions. This position also plays a crucial role in retaining existing members.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Studio Manager in the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
2. Schedule and confirm introductory sessions for prospective members.
3. Manage front desk operations, welcoming and checking in clients and prospects.
4. Conduct facility tours while building rapport and understanding individual client needs.
5. Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales performance.
6. Promote the studio's objectives as a leader in fitness and wellness.
7. Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets and follow up on leads.
8. Participate in promotional events to enhance community engagement and visibility.
9. Ensure the studio environment is clean and inviting.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Proven sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to learn and utilize software systems effectively.
- Capacity to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Competent computer skills.
- Availability to work on weekends.
